An original painting depicting a sunset in New Plymouth, Aotearoa/New Zealand, with Mt Taranaki hiding behind dusky clouds on top of an instax polaroid. This painting was created by layering oil paint and gold pigment with a palette knife. Underneath the painting is a hidden photograph, generously donated to this project from someone wanting to recycle an old polaroid.
